Thousands enjoy the 36th Grand Henham Steam Rally
It was another successful year for the Grand Henham Steam Rally this weekend, with thousands of people attending the annual event.
Steam engines and vintage cars and motorcycles were all on display at Henham Park, near Southwold, and a special pageant showcased the history of fire engines.
As Suffolk bathed in sunshine on Saturday, it was difficult to find a free straw bale to perch on around the main arena.
Like many others, Gerry and Viv Kemp, from Wenhaston, brought along their dog Benji.
They said they had been to the rally several years ago with their grandchildren and were impressed with the scale of the event.
"It has just grown, it's wonderful," said Mrs Kemp. "The weather has definitely helped."

Henham Steam Rally this weekend
Thousands of people are expected to attend one of the area's largest steam rallies this weekend. The 36th Grand Henham Steam Rally is at Henham Park, off the A12 between Beccles and Southwold, and will have hundreds of vintage vehicles and working engines on display.
Alongside more than 30 full-size and miniature traction engines, steam rollers, lorries and cars, there will be two arenas full of family entertainment, including dog agility, heavy horse and bird of prey display, marching bands and stagecoaces.
Static exhibitions will include more than 300 classic cars and hundreds more vintage motorcycles, commercial and military vehicles and tractors and there will be steam demonstrations to showcase threshing and stone-crushing machinery.
This year's special display will tell the history of firefighting, with equipment and vehicles from the 17th century to the present day on show.
Other family entertainment includes live theatre, children's shows, craft marquees, a vintage fairground and hundreds of craft and trade stands.
There will be live music from the Royal British Legion Leiston Band tomorrow and from the Ipswich Hospital Band on Sunday and performances by the Lowestoft Signing Choir.
The rally is open from 10am to 6pm on both days. Admission is £8 on Saturday, £9 on Sunday, free for under 14s and parking is free. Caravans can stay all weekend from Friday to Monday for £38, including two entry passes. All proceeds go to local charities.
